Distance: 8 miles – 13 km. Beautiful autumnal Hertfordshire countryside, pleasant villages, easy walking and no flooding, but bring brollies.

Tea: Cowper Arms pub in Digswell, around the corner from the station. Shop/Post office opposite the station.
